The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate dining area. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, bed linen, towels, a small balcony, and more. Upon request, the host provides high chairs, cribs, and a barbecue. All guests enjoy complimentary entry to Mar Dolomit, the public swimming pool and sauna in Ortisei. With the GuestPass, guests can use public transportation (trains and buses, but excluding lifts) free of charge. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny part of Ortisei, approximately a 10-minute walk from the town center. The Resciesa lift is a 3-minute walk (220 m) away, while the Seceda lift can be reached in 7 minutes (550 m). Both lifts are part of the Dolomiti Superski area and connect directly to the Sellaronda.
